When we first approached the owners they played d until we showed the picture of the dog in their store that the Good Samaritan took. They then asked for money to return the dog. What kind of low life human beings do this to a family around the holidays? You want to be part of a neighborhood, but this is how you treat your neighbors? GTFOH."
