Got there for an Uber eats order and they never opened the window for me, only gestured for me to show them the order name with my phone. I don’t mind waiting at all, but no update or anything on how long it would be. Then 5 minutes passed and a gentleman of the same race as the employees went to the same window to place an order, and they opened the window for him and he had his food before I had my order. Woman was nasty when I made a comment about I already told her the order name"

"I waited in line 40 minutes, my order was missing fries and when I told the cashier she just looked at me like I was crazy and closed the window. She got an order of fries from the cook and they weren't fresh. The customer service sucks as well. They don't have to worry about me coming back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"This is honestly the worst checkers I have been to. I waited over 30 minutes for my food (3 burgers a fry) when I did receive it, my order was completely wrong. I was charged the wrong amount after asking for my food to be fresh/well done it was cold. I had extra topping I did not ask for and overall I am highly upset. I can understand if a mistake happens once, but I have a problem EVERY TIME I come to this checkers. I could also understand if there are a lot of orders but I was the only car in line at the time, I do not understand. If possible go to a different checkers ! I waited for the loudspeaker for over 20 minutes to let her know I picked up a delivery. there were 3 people standing outside the thru window drive (non-workers) and I couldn't get back because a car also waited. now I thought I had enough space to go and I landed on that drive over a concrete slab. if they weren't bad enough, they could have told me a minute. that was all they told me. I've tried several times to get them over the loudspeaker."

"Worst checkers I've been to yet. It seems as though everytime I have tried (I say try because there has been 2 times I haven't got service and just got sick of sitting and waiting on someone to take an order. The employees here are the worst, they have a nasty attitudes and are flat out rude. I have decided that my family and friends will no longer bother with checkers again. Advice, go to Burger King across the street they are amazing and at least get the food right with a friendly attitude."
