"the original deluxe sandwich was great. the pimples on the side was good and chips were good but in the last 2 times I was there and it should have wobbles and olives on the sandwich and they were never there. they need to understand that the original sandwich comes with scavenging, underwriting sauce, meat, tomato, olive and wobbles. if they do not put on the wool and olives, the people are either annoyed and/or complained. if they are from the dings on their sandwiches, then they make a sign and tell the customer that their original not to have wobbles and olives on the sandwich is one must. So please next time."

"Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chains sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in Farmton. I really like the unique use of round sandwiches instead of the default setting to copy the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the big monstrous is in size! This location currently makes a lot of drive-through business, but we decided to dive in. The dining room is small, but the staff has a good job with service. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained."

"Excellent customer service at the Schlotzsky's on East Central! They saved the day when they didn't even make the mistake in the first place! I placed a delivery order for a lunch meeting from a different Schlotzsky's location but when the food was delivered, more than half of it was missing. The delivery was given to our receptionist and since she hadn't placed the order, she didn't realize the two bags wouldn't be enough for everything we ordered. To make matters worse, the other location didn't answer the phone when I tried repeatedly to call and fix the issue/ The delivery driver didn't respond to text, either. Out of desperation, I contacted the East Central Schlotzsky's to see if they knew whether there was a problem at the other location. Dolly, the General Manager, took my call, found out what was missing (6 sandwiches, a kid's meal, and two bags of chips), and delivered it herself within 30 minutes. It wasn't her issue to fix but she didn't hesitate. I appreciate her and the staff at the East Central Schlotzsky's who made this happen! And the food was fresh and delicious as always! Thank you!!"

"I go out if my way to go to this Schlotzskys. I pass a closer on in Mesquite to drive to Rockwall. I have been to the one in mesquite Rockwall hands down it's worth the drive. The staff is friendly and the food is good and the Price is Right meets all my qualifications."

"I ordered the Turkey Original (medium) and although I’ve had it before, I don’t remember the sourdough bread being so hard. The sandwich was decent at best, it just didn’t hit the spot like it used to (at other locations). I asked for water (I don’t drink soda) and they informed me that they don’t pass out water cups, you have to buy a drink, you’ll receive your cup, and then you can choose water if you desire."

"It has been many years since I was at a Schlotsky's, but after I was recently moved, this is conveniently located. I ordered a chicken avocado flatcake and unsweetened tea. I was pleased that there was a tray of beautiful, clean slices of oranges, lemons and limes to put in my tea. Then I saw an interesting selection of hot sauces I wasn't familiar with. When my meal came, it was so big and thought I couldn't eat it all. After sampling the sauces I found a wonderful combination of 2. My food was so delicious that when I finished everything, I wanted more. I can't wait to go back! Since the cost of everything, especially fast food, continued, this was not just a fantastic kitchen to find Schlotsky's, it was just on my wallet."

"I was here for the first time for dinner and there was no one there! Perfect atmosphere for an introvert like me. The checkout was friendly and the food came fast. I have recovered from a small stand and looked at the cool decorations around the restaurant. There was a lot of interesting stuff to see on the walls. "I placed an online order, thinking I was choosing delivery ... unfortunately I selected pick up. I called the store and one of the managers volunteered to bring my order to me, at no cost, wouldn't take my cash tip. Customer service has never been this strong in my opinion. And I have been working in the industry for years. Kudos to this location for going above and beyond to take care of their customers. I recently moved from the east side of Wichita.
