"You did not honor my reservation. I paid $20 for a lunch reservation in their terrace, but when I arrived, the hostess said there were no open tables and that they don't reserve tables outdoors. She offered to sit inside, but there is a pandemic that goes on, we paid for an outdoor reservation for a reason. We told her we'd wait and she said she was text/call when a table opened. She never called. I have informed State Street Brats about our experience on their website. A manager named Keegan contacted me immediately, but he tried to claim that they kept a table for us, but published it because we were over 15 minutes late (both not true) and he tried to claim that the host told us a lot of things that were in direct contradiction to what they actually said. He then offered us 4 hours after our reservation. Only after I replied to challenge the claim that this was somehow our fault, he offered to repay our $20 reservation fee. Then he got angry at me and pulled the old “Who do you think you talk to” card. I would not recommend for an outdoor reservation in this facility"
