"I hadn't even placed my order when the person at the drive-thru was incredibly rude! When I pulled up, I asked for a moment to decide what I wanted. Once I was ready, I said, "Okay, I'm ready." After waiting for a bit without a response, I thought maybe they didn't hear me since I was speaking from the passenger side, so I repeated that I was ready. The response was a loud and extremely rude remark, indicating that she heard me. She then told me it would take 15 minutes, which wouldn't have been an issue if she hadn't been so disrespectful. I wished her a better day and left for Wendy's, where I received excellent customer service. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a recurring problem, so I definitely won't be returning to this location."
