"I literally order them once a week in the movie night with my daughter. Not only the FOOD AMAZING, but especially for me is the customer service. Every time I call, they welcome me with so kind words and never give me a hard time, regardless of how difficult my order is or not. Although I tend to tap well, they always say that the food will be 35 minutes and 10 minutes later in half an hour, and there they are at the door. The guys know me now and they've become part of our weekly routine. I cannot say enough good things about them, they are the best!!! Apartment 13 guy is your ROCK!!"

"We visited the restaurant around 10am. I enjoyed a tasty Butterburger, while my daughter had eggs, sausage, crispy home fries, and rye toast, all cooked to her liking. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean, including the women's restroom. This is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or a midnight snack as they are open 24 hours."

"This was the worst food that I have ever had.. I had grown up eating White Tower years ago. I returned home to Toledo after living gout of out and was excited to try a Butter Burger and enjoy some nostalgia to be utterly disappointed. White Tower was a big deal and for many years and what I found was a truly sad shell of what was a neighborhood and city diner. I went in to pick up my order and the inside was disgusting and dirty. The building was never pristine, but this was horrible. The staff was nice but when I got my food home my $12 butter burger platter and drink felt like I had been robbed. There were literally 10 fries and they were soggy dripping in grease and not even fully cooked. I couldn’t eat them. I fed them to my dog. The burger was horrible with almost no condiments and nothing that I asked for. The cole slaw was dry and disgusting and my drink was in a tiny cup. A fond memory growing up with my mother going to eat there was obliterated. I didn’t finish my burger that was also soggy and gave it to the dog. The young girl who worked there told me that she had been there for two weeks and customers tell her the place has been there forever and I told her that I am 58 and went there as a child. I had hoped for a pleasant experience but was very sad and upset that I would have had a better meal from McDonalds and it would have cost less. I have no idea how it has survived. I looked at the menu and they are trying to make it look upscale but it’s broken down and sad. The very worst meal of my life"

"Amazing! Truly the kindest most generous people ever! I last minute ordered food for my grad party, and even though the day of my party they were closed, they not only made the food on their day off, but(I believe her name was Britney, she was very pretty and sweet), dropped it off at my venue, and truly they went above and beyond. There are no words I could use to describe how incredible their service is. The chicken and fries were an absolute hit, I got about 70 for a group of 45 and they were absolutely devoured them, the fries were so so good as well, and truly they were just so kind. Everyone their truly saved my butt, and their pricing was extremely affordable, the names I remember are Fred and Britney, but truly these were the best people, with the best food, and the best prices. Thank you, Salem Food market!"

"Disappointed is an understatement…I loved mikes for its classic no frills atmosphere and delicious food at an affordable cost. My parents fell in love over their griddle cakes and continued to rave about this place throughout their many decades of marriage. So naturally, of course, I fell in love with the place as well. I continued to patronize Mike’s even throughout the heart of the pandemic because the food was THAT good! I recommended this place to countless friends and family members visiting the city or venturing to clinton hill for the first time. They all had nothing but glowing reviews of this adorable, cozy diner. Vacations, birthdays, holidays, even funerals, you name it, everyone in my family loved eating at Mikes!Unfortunately, today I ordered a takeout cheeseburger that came with the added luxury of a MOLDED hamburger bun. I have patronized this spot more than a few dozen times under the old owner and I have never been served something like this. The bun was so moldy that I find it hard to believe that the cooks did not notice it, especially since it was not busy. I noticed the mold within 3 minutes of opening the box… I also worry about how many other burgers were served today from the same moldy package of buns that I almost had the pleasure to enjoy. I understand that mistakes happen but the level of mold on this bun is completely unacceptable. Mold to this degree takes more than just 2 weeks to develop. I was so disgusted that I couldn't even bring myself to take a picture of the top bun without gagging. It saddens me to say that my family, friends and I won’t be patronizing this establishment anymore. Mold is incredibly dangerous and with some types, it can even be fatal. I am beyond disappointed…. This is how you lose loyal customers."

"This restaurant may not look like much, but the food and service were fantastic! We had heard that the steaks here were delicious, so we had to try it for ourselves, and we were not disappointed. The cuts of steak were juicy and tender. We also tried the calamari, which was thick cut and fresh, not your average pieces. The restaurant is small inside and they accept reservations as well as walk-ins. We thought we would arrive early to avoid the crowds, but even at 4:50 on a Saturday, the place was packed. The wait wasn't too long as they seemed to move people through quickly."

"The owner of this restaurant is not friendly or welcoming. After telling the nice waitress that the steak was overcooked by my girlfriend and not tasted well, the owner returned to our table with her original steak. He took a stance as if she should take the steak back and be happy. I expressed that this would not happen, followed by an evil star, he returned to the kitchen and gave us an oversalted rare steak. He then tried to sneak a fee for an additional steak on our bill after taking the original back! My steak was cut in a wedge shape like a piece of cake. The wide part of the slice was the whole fat, accompanied by a very narrow piece of meat. Picanha should not be cut, unless it is an attempt to tear your customers off. I ask that the owner of this restaurant rename to Cafe Favela. This name is a better representation of the quality of Brazilian foods that it cooks. There is another Brazilian restaurant in Estero if you want an authentic, delicious experience."

"The cauliflower crust (gluten free) had a surprisingly delicious taste, exceeding our expectations. The vegetarian options were also well-prepared. The dishes were not overly soggy (although this may vary depending on the vegetables used, as some are more watery than others) or too dry. We trust the chef to adjust accordingly, and they did a great job this time."
