"Our family, consisting of 8 to 10 members, visits this restaurant every year as a tradition. This year, we were disappointed to find that there was no table service. We had to call over a new waiter on his first day, who took our glasses and returned them with champagne, which we found to be gross as we were unsure if they were even ours. Unfortunately, we missed out on the lobster legs and waffles that we were looking forward to. Additionally, we were disappointed by the cold coffee and the lack of table servers around."
