"Do not order from this restaurant online! This is the third time we have had major issues, but this time was the worst. We ordered gluten-free pitas and when my husband picked them up, they assured him the order was correct. However, upon inspection, I could tell the pitas were not gluten-free. When I called to inquire, the employee admitted they were not gluten-free and had mistakenly charged us for the gluten-free option. I asked for a refund but was denied. When I requested to speak to a manager or owner, the employee refused to provide any contact information. They did not inform customers that they did not have gluten-free pitas and charged us extra for them. This lack of transparency put my health at risk and their response was very disappointing. They promised to call me back but never did. It is unacceptable to deceive customers and charge them for items that they do not have."
