"This place has reeeeeeally gone downhill. Growing up I remember stopping in every weekend for bagels on our way to church or sporting events. There was ALWAYS a line out the door. This is not the same Elaine's. This place is gross. There is dust everywhere you look. It looks like they have been under construction for a long time. There are flies hovering over the bagels. Service was not great- she was on the phone via headphones the entire time I was there. I felt like I was interrupting her by trying to order and get out. If you order sandwich, it will be cooked in a plastic container in a microwave. All around not a great experience. I do not plan to come back here and would certainly not recommend it."
