"First time I ordered from here. I thought Id found a diamond in the rough. But slowly realized how overpriced and cheap they are. Last three orders of a breakfast croissant or a panini came with so little actual meat or fresh munz, to me, it was a total abomination. "the french fries were a very small portion for what they charge and really greasy the hash browns were also very greasy and had a horrible taste almost as if the oil that they were fried in was bad the egg and cheese sandwich is very good one of the best Ive ever had full of flavor and taste all in all Id say stick with their sandwiches dont order the fries theyre too small of a portion and dont order the hash browns at all"

"The first time i ordered from this store, yesterday it was a great experience, they sent a few packs of syrup for the pancakes, salt, pepper for the quesadilla etc... But i ordered today pancakes the same ones again... I got only one syrup, then i wanted fried eggs with toast and bacon... Instead i got scrambled eggs with potatos and some soggy toast.... And one tiny butter... Big disappointment compared to the first one...oh and the hot chocolate isnt even that... Its plenty milk with a splash of cocoapowder..."

"Been many times the past two years, it's always a great place to go. Seating is usually pretty sparse and the line long but it moves relatively quickly. Very good bagels personally I recommend the eggel with ham and cheese on anything but a plain bagel. Menus are a little hard to figure out depending on what you want too but worth it for their variety of bagel and cream cheese flavors! Good place to stop for brunch!"

"We were very disappointed with this place. We have never been in one and more than likely never will again. The staff, for the most part, were very unfriendly and the bagel sandwiches were definitely not what we expected. Everything was microwaved. First they microwaved the meat, then put it in a plastic container with the egg and cheese and then microwaved again. I think they toasted the bagel itself, but there was no “toastiness” to them. The bathrooms were disgusting. My wife said the women’s faucet only had a trickle to it and was very dirty. Wish I could say something good about the place. :"

"The cashier was a very nice young man, but the guy making my chicken Greek sandwich was so very RUDE!! I walked up after about 10—15 min asked if he had called out our order, then very sarcasticly said,were you listening??!! I said yes sir, I have been.. he said then you would have heard if I called your number or not.. I was totally shocked how rude he was.. also the sandwich was awful.. I have been going there for years.. even when the new owner took over.. I will not be back."
