"Low quality of service and low customer service. I do not recommend this coffee shop, regarding this experience. We ordered 3 hot Latte coffees and 2 pancakes after 15 minutes waiting in line up! It was weekend so we understood it. — The agent missed one item, so I came back and I asked to add it to the order. "Best bagels in the city, hands down. Located right on the other side of Palmer Park, you have the luxury of selecting your bagel(s), or bagel sandwich and then hanging out in the park while you eat. Be warned though especially on weekends you will be waiting outside in line for a bit. They move people through pretty quickly and usually still have a decent stock if you're towards the end of the line, but occasionally they can run out of the their more popular options. Bottom line get there early if you have to but do not skip these bagels. My mouth is watering as I type this..."
