"I have always loved their bagels. Their staff is great too. But, to this day, they still have not opened up bathrooms or indoor seating. It is July 2021! They apparently think that this serves the public and until they reverse this ridiculous policy and realize how wrong this is…I will start writing one star reviews….UPDATE….Owner listened and changed. That’s great. Unfortunate it took a review to make it happen (since employees had been relaying my and other customer feedback for months). But, better late than never. Great bagels and great employees. Back to 5 star."
