"Primarily just disappointed in the time it took to get my order. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and it took 10 minutes. What's even kind of worse is several people in line after me got their food before me, someone even ordered a cheese plate with two bagels but it took 10 minutes to get my one item.If you're in any sort of rush I'd probably steer clear. Food is good though."

"Love the bagels. Always enjoy a breakfast bagel sandwich on the way to “work.” These days the ordering can be a bit confusing and frustrating. Totally reasonable to allow only one customer inside at a time, under the COVID circumstances, but it leaves all the customers waiting for orders and pickups milling around outside. I think just a sign indicating where to queue while waiting for your turn to enter would clear matters up a lot."
"West coast bagels are not east coast bagels, but of the locally made west coast bagels on offer in Portland, these are some of the best, for my money. They sell out every day so go early if you must have a specific kind."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant. Its close proximity to my apartment makes it really convenient for me to visit regularly, usually stopping by a few times a week. My go-to order is the Rye with the Vegan Plain Spread, which is absolutely delicious. The staff is also amazing - I love that they remember my name and order. It's the little details like that which make the experience even better!"
