"So I go in there for the first time, with my service dog. I called them first as I always do so they know I have a service dog but they don't answer the phone. Everyone was very nice and friendly and then I get told that they don't allow dogs. Of course. So I told them she is a service dog. They complain she doesn't have a vest. Really?
