"This place is not the same as the original. Paying $25 per meal, paying extra for french fries, with a smaller, less attentive staff and lesser quality makes me not want to come back here. If the quality portion size of food matched the meal prices I was paying for then it 'd be different. $125 for a party of 4, I could have paid roughly the same and gotten much more at the other Roaster 's or any other establishment like this place. Walking in, the place was a little empty so I thought we 'd be seated quickly. Instead, we were ignored at the front for a few minutes until finally someone appeared and told us to sit anywhere. A sign would have been nice. And then after being seated, it took another 10 minutes to place our orders. For my eggs benedict, the ham was bone dry and actually difficult to chew. And although the sandwiches our party ordered received good reviews, the pastrami sandwich was the chewiest sandwich I ever had due to all the fat it contained, almost like they do this on purpose so you pay extra for the lean meat portions. We paid through the nose for dishes we could have gotten anywhere (and paid extra for sides), coming to a whopping $25 per person. Though Roaster 's has always been on the more expensive side, you always got what you paid for. At this location, not so much."
