"One of my favorite places to dine. Had the veal chop special. It was perfect. Cooked perfectly and so delicious. The potatoes and broccoli rabe were delicious and a wonderful compliment to the dish. I started the evening with a blood orange martini. It was delicious. Ice cold and not too sweet. Alissa is a wonderful bartender. Always smiling. Makes you feel very comfortable. I also enjoyed the cheese platter appetizer and finished the meal with an exceptional banana bread pudding. The place is beautiful and you are treated like family. I have dined alone on a few occasions and I always felt welcome and enjoyed every meal. I highly recommend this beautiful place."

"I've only been twice and sadly both times were inconsistent but not necessarily in a bad way. When I went tonight, the duck was perfectly cooked instead of well done as it was at my last visit. "The food was delicious and served hot! My partner ordered a huge platter of buffalo wings and declared them the best he had tasted in years. I went for the bruschetta, which was good but maybe not worth the price. My house salad was just okay, while my partner’s Caesar salad was much better. He also ordered the Penne Rustica, which he loved—it came with chicken, shrimp, and bacon. I chose a pasta dish with Alfredo sauce, sweet grilled chicken, and it was divine! Overall, we had a wonderful culinary experience and would happily drive 1.5 hours just to eat here again. The owner and chef should be proud of the exceptional food and experience they provide for their guests!"

"Food was good, but service was slow. The restaurant only had about 6 tables filled while we were dining. Waited extended amount of time for warm coffee and hard sugar packets, not sure what our server was doing. Our wait time for our food was also extensive in that our food was then served warm instead of hot. However our meal was good, so we didn’t say anything about the temperature. Overall the portions are small, the service is slow, but the food is good."

"cut off here with our meal. we came for beer and muddle and at our eating time 4 o'clock they ran out. the schinitzel ordered with high expectations and was very disappointed. the menu said it came with scaffolding and an salat. the salat was just a few greens that were thrown on the pork, and French pommes were on the teller instead of the scab potatoes. the shinitzel itself was ok. needed more lemon for taste add. our server was great! the facility was fun and welcoming. the ware is fantastic! it could be better to go only for the beer and the apps and leave the main dishes alone."

"It was the first time all four of us had eaten at the Blu Halo, but it definitely won’t be our last! We had a fabulous meal. There was live music in the bar area, which was a little loud, but we were in the next room, and that made it perfect to talk and hear the music. "So disappointed this year! We’ve had two meals so far during our visit at Devils Thumb Ranch and both were below par. To get chicken on my Cobb salad at lunch would have cost me more... what cob salad doesn’t already have chicken? That would have been a salad. I realize DTR is an upscale experience but this salad was a joke. Dinner was no better. We ordered pork tenderloin, not cooked to order, and it was dry and tough. The rice was not cooked properly (underdone) and the child’s Mac and cheese was grainy and so hot it was inedible until we got another bowl to help cool it down. The menu, compared to years past, was small and uninspired. Sad.. I’ve always looked forward to my meals here."

"Ohh my. This place is a gem. I love French Food and this place really sets the bar high for food and service quality. The bread had the best crust and chewy middle. The tuna tartare was yummy. The Cajun chicken was perfect. We also enjoyed the seafood dish with lobster, scallops, clams, muscles, and butter sauce from heaven. The chocolate mousse was soooooo heavenly. I only gave my boyfriend a few bites, then finished the entirety of it in 2 minutes. The whole thing was an experience I can’t wait to come back for. Bring cash for the valet!"

"Orange Anchor was the only restaurant at the Georgetown waterfront that my husband and I had not tried. We went on a Saturday evening around 7:15. We got seated immediately. Our waitress was just ok. We felt like we were at a TGI Fridays. We had to repeatedly ask for lemons for our water. I had the Crab BLT sandwich and my husband had the Old Bay Tacos. We also ordered a side of the lobster mac. The sandwich was very bland and rather bitter. My husbands tacos were nothing special either. The lobster mac was joke! Basically, it was a vunch of pasta with a very liquidy cheese and a few small pieces of what they called lobster. I guess we expected a lot more considering the location. Although the prices were not as high as the other restaurants in that area, it was definitely not worth it. We had a 83 tab.... WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Don't waste your time or your"

"The setting is lovely, looking out at the Savannah river. We arrived about hour early for our reservation and were seated within minutes. Thankfully since getting our food took nearly an hour and we needed to go back to Savannah on the (free) river ferry that stopped crossing at Getting drinks at the table was prompt. Prices are somewhat higher than bars on the other side of the river in the main part of Savannah. We ate baskets of rolls waiting for our meals of salad bowls topped with salmon and a rare steak (that came medium but we had no time to return it). Food was quite good (except for the overdone steak which was tasty but a bit tough). Service was pleasant and atmosphere nice but meal was so delayed that even though the salad/salmon was good it was hard to enjoy."
