"I am from the state and ordered sex to reveal cupcakes for my sister and brother in law. I specifically asked that the color INSIDE be the cupcake and the top simple vanilla and chocolate freezing. Paid over the phone and set up a time for them to pick it up. When they went the cupcakes had the gender color on them in a clear container and apparently ruined the whole sex. When I called today to talk to a manager for the first time, they said I could send an email and wouldn't let me talk to someone. I called back a few hours later and this time they said they would talk to them. When they talked to a manager and called me back, she said that the manager was willing to reimburse me half because nothing was told to the shopkeeper when they picked up the cupcakes. They said nothing because they were confused and devastated. RUDE STAFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
