"The first few times I ordered from burger den I absolutely loved the burgers. Top notch. But then a few months ago, I received my vibe with shrooms burger and the bottom bun quite literally fell apart. It was essentially a paste because of the amount of grease that had saturated in it. I couldnt take more than a couple bites before I got nauseous and threw it away. And tonight, low and behold, I was met with a very similar experience. It wasnt as bad as last time, but the bottom bun was so greasy it just melted in my mouth. I still finished it cause I was dying of starvation, and it wasnt a HUGE deal, but then I made my way to the onion rings. They were probably the worst onion rings Ive ever had. Cold, a ton of liquid inside the breading (no like, a ton. I thought it came on my face when I first bit into it). My dasher also notified me you guys were busy and thats why it took over an hour, and I get that, but this was a traumatic experience. My burger PTSD is coming back"
