"I was there on a GH pickup. The order was made 15min before I got there. After I arrived the single worker said she hadn 't gotten to it yet. I waited 10min, saw 4 customers come in off the street, place their orders and leave. When I asked the worker, ma 'am, are you going to make this order? I got attitude, and she said when I get time. I said I have been waiting, this orderwas made at 2:38 and others have gone in front of me. I her the order was paid for, and I have to go. Regular customers gofirst. I responded, no they don 't they go in order of placement. She snapped and said her manager told her to saythat. Well, there was only her, and no manager. So, very poor leadership, training, and customer service. The sad part is Ialso patronize the place, and pick up there 10-15 times a week. Shame on you Subway. If you can 't fill coverage, and train yourpeople then shutter and lock the doors until you can, or never. Because the later will come true faster at this rate."
