"I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when my friend arrived, the restaurant claimed they had no record of it. After some complaining, the manager eventually checked us in. The manager mentioned they were transitioning to a new reservation system, but that was of little comfort to me. I ordered a $16 lobster roll that had a disappointingly small piece of lobster. The accompanying Wasabi portion was tiny, like the size of a dime, and barely enough for a taste. Our plates were never cleared and I had to flag down a waiter for another glass of wine. While the food tasted good, the portions were small and not worth the price. All seven of us in our group left somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. If this restaurant wants to stay in business, they really need to step up their game and offer more substantial portions for the prices they charge."
