"Had a party at 4 or 5 where the restaurant was reserved. We came in at 1:30 and was told we couldn’t be serviced because of it. As we were leaving someone came after us and was seated. We asked if we could get a quick drink. Lady annoyingly rolled her eyes and said okay. I ordered my drink she left to make it without letting my husband order. Came back he ordered. We ordered appetizer and then we were forgotten. No offer for another drink, no waters, she was behind us counting tips and receipts. We got someone who’s prepping Togo condiments to get us waters and bring our check. We were there 30 minutes because we had to leave at 2pm. I tipped 15% instead of 20% because of lack if service and checked my bank account, an additional tip was added on top of what I left."
