"Go! AVIARY CAFE is Excellent. Has become a new favorite for us, in Springfield. Beautiful interior design, delicious food, impressive cocktails and wines, top notch service. We were very impressed and will return. I had the Maison salad with grilled chicken and later the chocolate crepe (for dessert! with bananas and strawberry raspberry sauce. Yum! My husband had the turkey with bacon cheese panini aioli sauce and pomme frites. He said the fries were some of the best he's had in a long time freshly made, fried twice. They were very good. The server brings your dining ticket in a little French book very nice touch. All the way around ... we really enjoyed AVIARY CAFE."

"Had a terrible experience with what I think must be the manager. My sister and I just finished a pedicure on the street and thought we'd get in for a drink while we had a sitter, but were 9 minutes early to them. We saw some guys go and my sister had to use the bathroom, so I asked if we could come early and was told that the last 9 minutes were the most important and we could wait outside until he came and caught us. I would have appreciated a more friendly response, especially given the prices of this facility. The delivery was extremely rude. My husband and I loved this place before I won. I understand there are open times for a reason, but customer service and courtesy settings are not dead. I expected better and was embarrassing that I brought my sister here while she was out of town to be treated like that."
