"My husband and I love to eat here and the other night we went through the drive through and ordered and we waited but the cashier said we are so sorry but we made a mistake with part of your order and we are fixing it and if you could just pull forward we will have it out to you in about 15 minutes and they did and they also gave a coupon for 5.00 off our next purchase. I want to say to the team and management that was working that night Thank You for seeing the problem that the staff cooking made and fixed it. You could have easily just put it together handed it to us and it be wrong but you didn't you explained the mistake that was made and rewarded us as well. We will be back to eat again. Thank you to all the staff who are working hard and long hours to make our family a meal in these hard times. I know it is hard to be short handed and no help but you all handled ours very well."

"On a long trip my family stopped at this Fazoli's since we dont have one in our area anymore. The food was way better than I remember from my childhood and the service was incredible! There was a tattooed gentleman that took our order and brought ourfood out, he had the greatest personality and made everything easy even though we were having a very rough weekend. I don't knowhis name but his positivity showed and made us want to come back next time we have to make this trip. I had the pizza bakedspaghetti and could not recommend it more. The breadsticks were of course oven fresh and delicious! Best last minute stop wecould have made for dinner!"

"So disappointing. The salad was warm, the cheese on top had started to melt. We threw that away. The fettuccine was good. Plenty ofchicken but most of the pasta had no sauce. Looked like 1/2 cup of sauce. No place to order extra sauce. Cheesecake was good. Too expensive for what could be eaten. Too bad the pasta and chicken had great flavor but 2/3 was wasted."

"First time visiting Fazoli’s and loved it. Mykii was very kind, professional and personable. The temperature inside was a bit cold but that is about the only bad thing I can say. Service was prompt and customer service was exceptional. Definitely returning again."

"Always a fav dinner option for my BF and I! Great atmosphere, wasn 't the most clean but I understand how it gets sometimes. However, it took maybe 30 minutes for someone to clean off two of the tables after people had left. Didn 't look the best! Andthe lady that took our order was short snippy with her words and didn 't greet us the nicest! NEVER had that happen before.Overall, we are still going to return! As someone who works in hospitality, I try to keep my hopes high for pleasantinteractions with customers. They 're called greetings for a reason, even a simple Hello, how are we doing today? brightenssomeone 's day!"

"The food here as a whole was great! My only grip was that the service was subpar and we waited for our food. The waiters were attentive and everywhere in the square Everything we ordered was delicious hands down. Prices are slightly above average, but the shares are generous. I had the garlic Jumbo shrimp Sampi and it was delicious. The shrimps were actually jumbo and perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend this place, although hopefully the service improved"
