"Highly recommend people avoid unless you're doing takeout. Service is horribly slow, busy is understandable but if your kitchen can't meet the demands of the people you seat unless they're willing to wait over 2 hours for entrees, maybe don't sit that many tables? Free apps and wine is a good way to distract folks, but they only bring those plates out in the beginning, then you wait and wait and wait. "Napoli has good Food. I order from from regularly and their food is pretty consistent for the most part. Sicilian pie w toppings is pretty solid. Their regular pizza is good too. Heros, french fries, burgers all good. Their Penne Vodka is one of my favorites on the island."

"I am so pleased with the owners and staff at Bay Ridge Pizza, my 8 year old granddaughter has Celliac Condition and I ordered Gluten Free Pizza yesterday for her and for my family. The owner Chris let me know what the ingredients were in the pizza to make sure it would be good for her.The pizza was incredible and she loved it, we tried many other places and this gluten free was exceptional. I always order from them but never gluten free, I’m so very happy with their restaurant and how exceptional and kind they are to their customers."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"I've eaten here and got take out from here a bunch and the food is always delicious and abundant (2-3 meals worth). Service for dine in is always terrific and I suggest you hear the specials before ordering. The only area where they do not shine as brightly is the bar unfortunately. I don't recommend mixed drinks here but otherwise this is a fantastic spot, with convenient parking and excellent service. Take away is packaged exceptionally and I've never had a cold or spilled container and we order frequently. Parking: Inside a strip mall with a large free parking lot"

"Friday night 815 pm reservation, place was not crowded, many tables available. we were served immediately, the sangria (classical red) was very good, ordered pulp plancha, garlic garnel, filled mushrooms and filet mignon tapas. all very tasty. the bark was our favorite and the mushrooms were our least favorite but still good! likely will return"

"Had the vegan pizza with artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, red pepper, mushrooms. It was perfect. Perfectly seasoned, crispy (not soggy as a lot of places seem to make veggie pizzas)... I love Daiya cheese and any complaints about it are strange... if you are having vegan cheese you know the limitations of non-dairy cheese, don't expect it to be the same. Service was great, friendly and fast, although granted we were there off-hours. Atmosphere is nice, tables overlook the street, bright artwork and everything seems squeaky clean. Will definitely come again next time we are in town!"

"Big filled Calamari, it's a hard dish to find, but they know what they're doing. It reminded me when my father was still alive to make the sauce all day and then add the Kalamade. We live in oak lawn and DEFINITELY worth the ride...."

"I ordered the gnocchi bolo and the cannoli because this was one of the only restaurants who sold gnocchi that was open in my area. The food arrived to my door in a bag sopping wet with the sauce because the container it came in was half closed. I asked for utensils too, nope. The gnocchi itself wasn?t that great, just picking it up it would fall apart. The piece of bread it came with was dry and hard."

"Been many times and service is hit or miss. Our waiter brought us the wrong salad. We pointed to the exact salad we wanted from the menu. When we told him that he brought the wrong dish, he argued with me, wouldn’t bring what I ordered and stormed off. I know it’s difficult to find employees right now, but we were kind and received unkindness in return. When you spend this kind of money on dinner, we were not happy."
