"Got recommended by a local after coming down from Vancouver. Ordered, and wasn 't told until afterwards it 'd be a wait , no ballpark estimate given when asked. Took 45 mins to get a panini (have receipts to prove that) and it was cold and soggy by the time I got it. It just sat on the counter for a long time (based on another employee when I finally asked), so it was kind of gross. I would understand if it was super busy, but they had 3 tables and they 'd all already had their food. Other group near me had to follow up 3 times to get their 2 beers they 'd ordered, so it wasn 't just me. I 'm usually pretty patient, hence waiting 45 mins to ask, but it was kind of ridiculous. On a sunny day I could see how the vibe would be really nice. It was raining while I was there and it was still fine. But I really wouldn 't recommend coming here, because the management seemed snippy at the staff and it was kind of frustrating watching people get treated poorly."
