"After being in a pinch and trying to find a last minute child-friendly restaurant on the way home we ended up stopping at this 99 in Salem. Easy, quick, and convenient. Normally I would not go out of my way to write a review about a chain restaurant 5minutes after leaving but? we just experienced the best service I?ve ever had in my lifetime. Based on the customer serviceitself, just, wow. Every 9?s in New England needs to take a lesson from this particular location. Both our server Cheryl and themanager Howard were both so kind, caring, and attentive to us and our toddler. Seriously, they were so welcoming and friendlyand frequently paid visits to our table to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied! The service wasabove and beyond, we really felt at home. We will absolutely be paying this location another visit! Thank you Cheryl and Howard,you both are a positive light in this world and the world needs more people like you. PS- the food was great too!"
