"Awful experience. I was so excited to celebrate my birthday with the previous reviews. We walked in, no one greeted us, the guy kept repeating how many, no eye contact, and did a hand gesture to hurry up. We were sat, our server got us drinks and then took another tables order went to the host stand and continued to talk and stand there. We had to call her over so we could order. She talked very quiet so it was hard to understand anything. Our order was taken and the hosts were all talking, side eyeing us and just not professional. Another table came in sat down, were not even greeted properly, sat down and got up and left due to the table being dirty and no one helping them. We asked the guy bringing food out how long it would be. He said our ticket went in at 2:39 and it was 3:07 at this point. We told him the atmosphere was not ok and he informed us that he agrees 100% and has been trying to fix it with the new hires. He brought our food out and it was instantly cold he was going to go and remake it we told him don’t waste your time and let him know it was not his fault. This poor guy was the only one running food out and he felt terrible for us and the girls at the front gave him attitude. We got up left and moved onto another restaurant who instantly greeted, sat and took our order in less than 5 minutes. I was excited to eat the food here but unfortunately no one cared about the service or people. I hope it gets better and that others have better experiences. But this was truly awful. I have also worked in the food industry for years at a huge theme park and know that this is NOT how things run. I feel for the assistant manager and hope everything turns out better for him as he was working his butt off."
