"Everything was delicious! But, my goodness the attention the staff paid was just the best. We had a reservation and ended up having to wait 15-20 minutes for our table, and they comped us a round of drinks for the inconvenience. Thank you for taking care of us! And, the live jazz on Saturday night was amazing!"

"Love Grill 23, have been going there for all nights out for 10 years. Never had a bad meal until Saturday night. Had to send a steak back twice. Order a filet medium, came out red inside, sent back and it came back the same. Management took the steak and had it re cooked a 3rd time. Blamed it on renovations disrupting the kitchen staff which is understandable but by the time I received my steak everyone else was finished with their meal and sides. So sad but hopefully things will return to normal when renovations are completed"

"From the minute we walking in everything was so perfect from the welcome on the hostes to the food quality. The service and the hospitality experience were amazing. The chef delivered the appetizer plater and explained everything with great knowledge. And everything it was tasting great. The Australian wagyu filet it wad so tender seasoned well and a lot of flavors. The side dishes was exceptional the lobster Macand cheese great flavors and last the cheese cake cream brûlée it is so good finishing the dinner. Thank you everyone for making the dinner so special with your delicious food and great service and excellent hospitality we came back"

"eating was perfect from start to end. that was worth unbelievable for what they give you. we started with tomato and mozzarella, which was delicious and they topped it with fresh basilikum and sun dried tomato. my son got the maple bacon 3 lg discs that were incredible! next curse I got the surf and rasen that were worth the $10 charged. my son has charged the 18oz porter house steak for 10 dollars. both steaks were perfectly cooked and melted in the mouth. I ordered brokkoli w garlic and oil and my sohn got a huge basket of truffle friries. both sides were enough for 3 people. dessert was amazing. we have cheesecake and chocolate cakes that were both delicious. the bread basket was also amazing. can not wait to return because this is an amazing deal (price fix Sun-Wed.) so glad that we decided to go."

"Over priced and just average. For $200 a couple nothing less than great should be said about that experience. But it was not. We ordered steak medium rare. It arrived more medium and because it’s in a sizzling hot plate with the juices it continues to cook.  Service was very good."

"I visited a friend in Oakland Veteran's day weekend. On Sunday we went to Napa, tasted some wine and went to Cole?s for dinner. The ambience was beautiful, the service was good. The sides were delicious, but my steak was terrible. I ordered my steak medium well, with little pink, so basically good. Now many of you would say that it's my fault to order a good steak, and that's where I would have to object! I'll arrange all my steaks well. They are still delicate and juicy and tasty! I can't cook steak, I tried, but I just can't? difficult for me and they always get out hard, so I don't cook. Steak tasted like I cooked it. I actually left Steak on the plate because it took too much energy to chew. I want to give them a higher score, but it's a steak house and what I'm rating."

"Loved the atmosphere, the attention to detail and service we received. Wasn't overly impressed with the food. I had steak tail, it was cooked very good, but for the pricing point I think I should have been wowed by it. We've eaten at several other restaurants with this pricing and had a better meal. The wine was delicious I was glad they had a sweet wine to choose. Our other meal was salmon it was good, but again nothing that knocked my socks off. I would definitely dine here again with the superior service looking for a nice place to eat, but I might look somewhere else if I am looking for better food."

"we arrived very early on Thursday (11 o'clock) . there were no one when we arrived, then only a few patrons in the bar. consider it, there was no amount, service was not as good as we expected. "I went to this restaurant tonight, only three people and I. four people in total. the first thing that went wrong was that I waited an hour for a table in an empty restaurant. I let that go because eating here is really good and the service is really good. but the worst thing I can imagine happened, our food was undercooked, the outside looks really good, but inside it was raw. I told the server that this happened. listen, our server, tried their best to help us, and even the food runner tried to help. the manager went to us and said you were happy now. I don't know what he meant. then I asked, and he told me I should go that my kind of people should not be here. I insulted. yes I am gay, yes, I wore a cultivation top, but I don't need a manager to tell me that. he also checked me all night and I could say he was because he was in the bar for a minute and looked up and down. I asked my server his name and she said it mike, I think that's correct. I hope the lgbt community will help me boycott this restaurant until mike is removed."
