I feel like in this neighborhood the pizza places slouch and start serving garbage after they see you are a regular. lol I can't make it up. If I could I would. "We came to Dallas for a game at the stadium. We love to travel and both are foodie. Alex did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Staff was super nice and attentive. The Lobster Thermidor was the very best we ever had. Everything was A+ from beginning to end. What an amazing and memorable dinner! "We normally love this place, it is great for a party of 2-4 , however anything more and the service is terrible and so is the food. We made a reservation in advance for a party of 16. It took 3 hours to get our food and when they brought it out they brought it out in pieces. Some of our party got only their entree, some of our party only got their sides and then some received nothing, then 15 20 min later... some of us received the other part of our dinner , while some in our party were still missing sides and one never got anything. I don't mind waiting but when we saw other parties come and go, then more come and go, we felt that our party was just being over looked. The food was not even hot , just barely warm, ... This was just a bad experience. When we asked to speak with a manager , he had more of the bouncer type mentality, he was not apologetic, we we not even asking for a refund or anything, we just wanted to express our unhappiness with the service and quality of the meal, and he was very intrusive, he was standing over us as to intimidate us verses truly caring about our experience. We usually go every year, and we have had poor service before but not like this, the service was so bad this time We are finally done with this place!!!!!"

"Nice environment. Not too brightly lit. Drink prices were affordable and strong. I had the 20z Ribeye medium. With potatoes au gratin on the side. Order came out at around the same length of time as other steak houses I've been to. The steak came out medium as I ordered. With a nice crust on the outside. Like a good steak house, no need for steak sauce. The juices from the steak was the only sauce needed. The bread came in handy to sop it up. Potatoes were warm and soft. Along with a nice crisp on the cheese. I'll be returning next time I'm in town."

"We visited on 11/3/2021 to celebrate my birthday and the food and service was excellent. We had the Ribeye with lobster tail, the Colorado Lamb Chops, and pork belly as an appetizer. The ribeye was by far the best steak I have ever eaten. I thought the rib cap I had in Vegas was the best, but this was even better! My friend absolutely loved her lamb chops. There is not anything negative I can say about this place! The wait staff were very attentive and courteous and they made my special day even better! I definitely will be back when we visit New Orleans again!"

"We've been going to Putnam Inn for a few years, but what a find! We love this place! We never had a bad experience in this food! We took some family members for lunch on Saturday 7/2/16. The buffet changed from breakfast to lunch when we arrived. The lady who sat on us said it was about 10 minutes or so to be completely finished, so that we put our waitress, our beverage orders came. We have drinks in time. The buffet was ready for lunch within the time the lady said it was. I must say all raves about the fried chicken BUT let me say I tried the pox for the first time they were the bomb! I hardly needed a knife to cut it!! I have NIE pork chops in a restaurant, let alone on a buffet that soooo delicate had so good taste! WOW! I have read some mixed reviews about this place, but I can honestly say we never had a bad experience with the food, the staff or the decor of the dining room! The tables are clean, the buffet always seems clean, even the cutlery! Genuine cloth napkins for a buffet?! What a treat! I like the decor. Yeah, it's simple, but I'm here to eat the delicious food, not to decorate ideas. The fancier the facility the more you pay. The price for the buffet is very reasonable given the type of dishes served! Maybe we're not picky people, but I always leave this place with a good feeling! I say if you're starving here, it's your own fault! I wouldn't change anything here!"
