"To whoever thought up the idea of what should be on the southern chicken salad who hurt you. Why did you have to put olives on a southern chicken salad. Everything was great then bam secret black olive town I wouldn 't have ever thought to have told someone hey you know that southern chicken salad the one that is made like you wanted salad but instead stumbled into a KFC ya make sure there aren 't any black olives on there . The rest of the food was great and the kids meals gave enough food we can feed the little ones again for lunch they are like a half serving. And my wife said the BLT was just what she was hoping for out of a blt, and really the salad was great also after taking one thing out."

"We ate here the other night. The food was great, and the pizza is some of the best in the area. Have always gotten slices here my whole life, but this is the first time we have taken the kids to sit down and get a whole pie. 5 stars all way. I’m leaving a 4 star review because of the location. Concord mall is a dying star. A relic from my past. This great restaurant surrounded by empty stores is a shame. We, along with so many other people, hope to see this restaurant leave the mall for an independent location in the area sooner rather than later. As less people go to concord mall, we worry this restaurant will struggle when it is so good."

"So I saw the 1 star reviews and I must say that was not our experience. Everyone seems to agree that the staff is great and indeed they are. And we had a great meal. Someone complained about the salad? Are you kidding? It's a very beautiful salad that comes with your meal. Beets, cheese, chickpeas, little pep, fresh. Two thumbs. We had the eggplant parm and chicken parm. Both were delicious and good size shares that fed the teenager later at home w Leftovers. The chicken was perfectly boiled, crisp coating and delicate ditto the eggplant. The bread was warm, fresh and tasty loved the oil. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Treat yourself. Try it. If you have tried it before and for some reason not our great experience, try it again."

"I placed an order to go on a Thursday: spaghetti with meatballs and pesto with chicken. Located in a large shopping area with plenty of parking. There was one person who just finished his meal and two employees (counter person and cook). The two entrees I ordered came with a canned soda, small side salad and garlic bread. Total came to over $24.00. When I got home, I opened the bag and the way it was packaged, the sauce from the spaghetti and meatballs spilled outside of the container and drenched the paperbag. The spaghetti and meatballs were dry bc all the sauce spilled out (the cook was too lazy to properly seal the lid). This was very annoying as I like my spaghetti to be on the spicy side. The side salad was simple but it was probably the best part of the order. Tried this place once and won't be returning."

"I've been eating in this neighborhood restaurant for 30 years and the quality really went down. My NY Strip Steak was a very thick, tender and cooked to perfection. Last night it was thin, hard and boiled over. The pasta side and the salad were delicious, but the steak was terrible. It is also disappointing that several elements I have enjoyed over the years have been removed from the menu and replaced by cheaper things. Sole was replaced by cod. Flash fried spinach gone and replaced by sauce. Chicken Caesar Salad disappeared. White tablecloths are gone. Earlier, you could request special preparations, even if they no longer disappear from the menu. The last time I saw the chicken Spiedini was dry. The last time I found out there was a noticeable difference in the amount of food. The portion size was much smaller than if I were immersed. What's going on? G built no longer exists. The place has become more like a sports bar and less like the fine restaurant it used to be. I visited this place once a month or more. Not anymore. Disappoint."

"the family for Christmas. we were at this place often pre-Covid. to say that the experience was underwhelming it is nice to put. we had on glasses. dirty dishes. raw chicken. overcooked pasta. old wild salate. mozzarella were cold. I don't think it's melty. calamari over boiled in dirty oil and spicy garnels that were so spicy, we could hardly tolerate. the bathrooms were even dirty. the whole place smells like musty. rude barkeeper. we will not go back, is an understatement. this was once one of our favorite holiday splurs."

"The service was the worst we have received in literally years. The waitress did not followup with us. Both times when one of use left the table to seek assistance she asked someone else to take care of it instead of handling it herself. She seemed more interested in flirting with the bartender than working. There was no salad dressing on my cesar salad. Service was slow at best. The environment was noisy with echos. They add a 20% automatic gratuity to the bill which disincentivizes quality service and allows this behavior to continue. You pay on a handheld computer which then asks for an additional tip so unsuspecting or inattentive diners can add more tip for bad service."
