"I've been going to Kathleen's for several years when I visit my grandad and now that I live in Peekskill. My absolute favorite meal is the brie and bacon croissant sandwich which I get 99% of the time but there is a good rotating selection and it's vegetarian friendly. Their scones and tea are delicious and the service is great. The interior is cozy and well decorated and I love the mismatched tea cups with the lovely designs."

"I went when visiting with friends this past weekend. We all loved it. Service was great and the food was excellent. We did the Afternoon Tea which included 2 breakfast pastries, several finger sandwiches, and several little bite size desserts. If you are in the area definitely check this place out it is well worth the price."

"The staff are friendly and they hustle. Good service. The food was pretty good, but a few dishes disappointed. Dessert was not a strong point: grapefruit tart was strange and under the greenish lighting it took on an unfortunate color. Eggplant was an excellent small plate, as was the tuna. The white bean hummus with golden raisins was bland. Reasonable wine selection."
