"I had enjoyed three good meals and good service at this restaurant before, so I would have given it a positive review. However, my experience last night was disappointing. The service was poor and the baked stuffed lobster was unappetizing. It was a special occasion, so the letdown was especially hard to swallow. The lobster was unattractive in every sense of the word, and I regret not sending it back. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon."
