"Customer service sucks , i went there 5pm to buy the whole red snapper and i was told to come back in 10 minutes, i returned 30 minutes later, bought the snapper, rice and beans , plantains, I finally sat down to eat my dinner around 9.30 ish that night and i started eating the fish , i started chocking , because the fish was not scaled at all , i returned the next day on my way home from work around 4 pm to speak with the guy that takes the payments etc , this guy was blantanly very rude, first he said we don’t have any fish right now and let him check the back and speak with them because the fish comes cleaned, then he comes back and said yes the fish comes clean , i said it may be clean inside because it’s gutted but it was scaled and i was choking at home , he proceeded tell me some story of a guy who received the wrong food the day before and he brought it back in the next day, i should have kept the fish and brought it in to show them , he saw these same pictures that I’ve posted here , his response was wrong and rude , 24 hours later i should have brought it back , had i brought it back in 23 hours later with his response and attitude, he could easily say you didn’t get that here , i still had my receipt just not the food in a box etc , learn how to speak to your customers , a better approach and answer could have been accepted and this review would have not been made …."
