"We used to love coming to this restaurant and tried it out again after the change recently. We had to wait to be seated which was fine but I would have expected someone to be at the hostess stand quicker than they arrived. Once seated, we had 3 different waitresses before we even got our food. We asked for mushroom to be removed from the skillet my husband ordered and when it arrived, it of course had mushrooms. There was no way to remove them as they were incorporated into the skillet already. It took a long time before we could find anyone to help us and by the time my husband got his skillet remade, the rest of us were over halfway done with our breakfast. When they brought it back, they forgot to put the gravy on the skillet. Cue trying to find someone again to help with that. Another waitress trying to be helpful brought us a plate thinking that’s what we were talking about. After all of this… nobody even offered to comp the dish. Barely an apology. Oh and they put the bananas IN my daughters pancakes instead of on the side. Luckily she agreed to eat them. That was the least of my issue by the end of this meal. We won’t be returning to this restaurant. We will take our business elsewhere."
