"the storage facilities in the ground floor were nice and had great options, we bought our products and drove stairs for a snack. my friend ordered 2 cookies and a coffee. we enjoyed our joint and waited 35 minutes for their order. all the food was in togo boxes, so much plastic. it turns out that the source of her food from nearby places and therefore it took so long. I will not support business like this."

"We celebrated our anniversary here and we didn't tell them until our dinner was over when one of the owners came by and we had to talk. We told unintentionally that it was our anniversary and they thank us for the celebration with them. Then they shocked us with such a beautiful dessert and dessert wine. We couldn't eat it because we were full and ordered 2 desserts. But generosity and thought was simply heartwarming. They went beyond our expectations for the night. We enjoyed all our dishes and the wonderful server Jacopo. We knew the food was great as my husband had previously sacrificed her food for his team. He didn't expect the food to be excellent. Make sure you dive! The whole fish (dorade) was well seasoned and creamy textured. Super delicious and can serve 2 people in my opinion. I had 1/4 of them because I was filled with the appetizer and their delicious Pita spread combo. We'll be back. A real jewel and when the servers and owners take care, it shows! "I was there at 2pm for lunch. My friend and I waited about 10 minutes for a table to open up. Both the food and the service were awesome. For those reasons, lunch time (until 3pm) was really busy. Highly recommended!"

"First of all, the house dressing? UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. And I’ve never eaten anything from this place that wasn’t delicious (and I’ve been going for 10+ years). But I’m writing this review because of how well they handled my partner’s allergy. We often have problems when placing orders because we emphasize that he has an allergy to milk (not lactose intolerance, an actual allergy), and when we get they meal, 70% of the time they still gave us the milk/cheese. I wish I got her name, but the woman on the phone was so knowledgeable about the ingredients used and took so much care with double making sure with the cook in the back for what he used when we arrived to pick up the order. "I usually do not leave reviews but I do feel as though this is worth mentioning. Upon arrival to the restaurant, the initial host was not friendly at all... I placed my order to go with another hostess and was sitting at a vacant table awaiting my take out order. After about 7 minutes or so, I was asked to get up from the table due to another customer arriving (after me) that was wanting to dine in for their food. I was publicly embarrassed by having to get up and then not being offered anywhere to go or sit while I continued to wait for my prepaid order. All I received was a quiet apology for the nuisance and my order. This place has no accommodations for if you come in and order food to go. I was never offered anything due to the public embarrassment and for the inconvenience. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life and I have no clue if it is due to my race (non-white) but It was extremely rude and off-putting so much so that the hostess apologized several times for requesting me to move from the vacant seating area where I was sitting. If you offer take out services than you should have take out accommodations and not embarrass paying consumers due to the lack of accommodations you offer in your restaurant. The food is ok but not worth being publicly humiliated and made to feel as though I'm a second class citizen."

"Placed an order for one salad. Came 30 mins after placing and it still wasn't ready. Waited another 10 minutes after arriving. They had one girl working carryout and she was trying but overwhelmed. She yelled at the kitchen 4 times for my salad. I felt bad for her and tipped well. They just need more help like ever where else."

"So we’ve been coming here for quite some time. It’s a nice Coney Island and the food is really good! But, yesterday was exceptional! My partner ordered a chicken fajita wrap and the waitress misheard him (it does get loud in there with all the guests) but, brought him a grilled chicken pita. My partner was nervous to return it cause we don’t like to do that. But the waitress (don’t know her name but she’s slender, blonde hair wears a few gold necklaces) was super cool and apologized and made it correct. On top of that when we were leaving she brought over a free dessert to go, which was really tasty! I’m posting because I should have posted awhile ago! We always have great service and the food, like I said Is really good! The chicken noodle soup is some of the best I’ve had, better than “fancier” restaurants! We will be coming here again and again!"

"New Years Eve celebration was more expensive than should have been based on what was provided. Unfortunately we thought we were going to just have dinner, since there was no New Years Eve celebration details mentioned on the website. Once we arrived it was explained that it was a fixed menu that cost plus drinks, other than the glass of champagne at The total meal with a bottle of wine and an already added tip cost I little pricey for a shared appetizer, two mixed grill entres, desert and a bottle of inexpensive wine. On the bright side, the grilled meats were enjoyable as was the milk custard dessert."

"Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service provided by Anna was exceptional, surpassing even the food itself. "Nice place, little overpriced. Ambience: great Food: better Service: Self service Parking: can be a challenge, I got it quickly. Staff: friendly and nice With a little overpriced menu, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Food was tasty. You have a huge display of menu, pick what you want and then grab a tray and go straight to the server. Tell them what you want and they will make the plate right in front of you. And you also get to pick breads and desserts as you walk up to check out. They have Android Pay, no Apple Pay. Will try them again for dinner and see how it goes."
