"Surprisingly, I found that the bowl was a better choice for an unexpected reason; I added couscous to the base. Typically, I opt for fewer base items, but it often turns into a messy mix. I’m not really a fan of couscous, and I’d prefer if they could save me the cost of that and allow me to choose extra lettuce or just lettuce as the base. However, when I select only one base, they portion it as if I’ve chosen one out of four options, which makes it a slippery mess. It feels like a joke because it seems like I’m choosing just one base but getting treated as if I chose multiple.
So, I believe that the bowl and wrap are better options based on their toppings and base choices. I’d love to see an option to select all lettuce, all rice, or all couscous. When customers select two or four available bases, we expect our choices to fill the bowl appropriately. If I select lettuce and see just a few sad strands in my bowl, that hardly counts as a base. A real base should be a generous portion of lettuce or other options on top.
I suggest they reconsider the wording of their options, as calling it a "base" can be misleading unless there’s a solid foundation underneath before adding the toppings."
