"I was stranded in Baltimore during a recent storm on my way back to DC. My car's heat wasn't working, making it hard to see through the windshield. I managed to reach the Holiday Inn/Radisson. The Holiday Inn was fully booked and wouldn't accommodate new guests until 3:00 pm. The woman at the front desk was unkind and unprofessional. I tried the Radisson next door and was able to get a room with Elijah, who was fantastic. Despite the heat not working in that room, the staff tried to fix it promptly. Eventually, I was moved to a new room with functioning heat and given a discount for my troubles. The hotel staff made every effort to make my stay pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely return in the future."
