"I had to pick up materials in the industrial park nearby googled top rated restaurants by distance. This restaurant was at the top of the list. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa a Columbian dish. First off, it was an immense amount of food!! I didn't even realize there was white rice in the container until the second time I ate it. The chorizo was by far the best I've ever eaten!! Texture was great flavor was fantastic a mix of traditional some spices new to me in chorizo. The half avocado was fresh green. The carne asada was terrific both tasty tender. The chicharrones were excellent crunchy when dunked in their jalapeno salsa, phenomenal! The fried plantains were cooked perfectly there were quite a few. The little roasted chili peppers lit me right up yum! The fried egg was crispy around the edges cooked through I kinda wish the yolk was runny. I was pleased with the arepa also the addition of their mild salsa made it that much better. I'm already planning another trip from Bristol bringing some friends! This restaurant is amazing!!!"
