"No gloves when handling ice cream cones. That's a real turn off after ordering ice cream and watching a teenager who just handled money wipe his hands on the backside of his jeans and grab your cone to scoop ice cream into. It made me lose my craving for any dessert. Their employees need to be trained better in food management. That will be my last time going there. There's a trustworthy Carvel less than 4min away."
