"However, when I got home, I discovered that the soup I ordered was very small and the container was damaged. The pie I ordered was completely melted and the potatoes had gravy despite us requesting them without. When I called to address these issues, I was told that the soup portion was correct and they could not refund the melted pie since I ordered online. They offered to replace it, but I would have to return to the store.
The most concerning part was when my sick boyfriend tried to eat the soup I got for him and the container exploded, making a mess. Not only was the portion small and expensive, but the container was also not sturdy. The only reason I didn't give a 1-star rating is because the muffins were delicious and the young girl who helped me was pleasant. Unfortunately, the older woman I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful and lacked empathy."
