"1. The area is open and anyone can sit and interrupt your tea party. It should be blocked off someway. Solicitor bothering with hand outs. 2. Fire alarm went off and everyone just looking around. No direction and Fireman arrived. 3. Cup was dirty and had to request to be cleaned."
