"I had a similar experience to Carole at this restaurant. Two employees were hiding behind the wall in the kitchen on their phones, which resulted in them forgetting to make my food. After waiting 15 minutes for a milkshake, I had to approach the counter and ask how much longer. The girl hurriedly replied "just two minutes" and I heard the machine quickly start up. While the fries were decent, they weren't enough to make me want to return given the current staffing issues. If you do plan on dining here, be sure to stand at the counter or you may risk never receiving your food."
