"I stopped in to purchase a last minute cake for a co-worker's birthday and was sold a frozen cake....unfortunately, I was never told it was frozen! Who in their right mind would sell you a frozen cake and not say anything? The poor guy couldn't even cut the thing! When I called to complain, I got some song and dance about how the store worker should have let me know. If I wanted a frozen cake, I would have gone to Carvel! Terrible custom service and attitude! I'll make sure to let everyone I know, not to frequent this joke of a bakery!"
