"I ordered the Penang curry. It is not made with coconut milk and is quite oily. It also come with peppers and eggplant. When I inquired about a possible mistake, they sounded confused and confirmed the ingredients. I would not recommend this meal if you are expecting Penang curry."

"Nice Japanese restaurant in Stone Oak. Walked in and was immediately greeted and given the option to pick any table as it was not crowded. Waitress was very prompt in bringing drinks and taking the orders. She was very friendly and did a great job of constantly stopping by. Ordered the soft shell crab and calamari frito as appetizers. There's not many places to get soft shell crab, so had to try it. It was well-prepared and plated nicely. The batter was very crunch and the soft shell crab very flavorful. The calamari frito was a nice surprise too. It was thicker and sushi grade squid instead of the thinner calamari at most places. For the meals, ordered the Karaegi Chicken, Combo Yakisoba, Mini Chirashi, and two pieces of Yellowtail sushi. The mini chirashi was a nice mix of 3 pieces of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. The sushi was all very fresh and of good quality. The seaweed salad that came with it was also really good; I'd even recommend that as an appetizer or side dish. The yakisoba bento meal came with a small salad, gyoza, and small rolls. The salad had a nice dressing, gyoza was nice and crispy, and rolls were what you'd expect. The yakisoba noodles were good, but the meats were a little dry. The karaegi chicken was different and in no related to karaage chicken. It must be their own dish as I'm not familiar with an actual karaegi chicken. Instead of the deep fried karaage chicken, the karaegi chicken is marinated and served in the sauce. It reminded me of a chicken dish you may receive at a Chinese restaurant. Not that it was bad, but was different than I expected. Overall, good experience as the sushi was of good quality and grade. Service was great. I'll probably return and order from the sushi menu."

"Brian was our chef and he was quite wonderful. The foods tend to taste too similar so that’s the only negative, but it was tasty. There’s simply the same flavor on scallop as steak because of the method of cooking and lack of spices. However, the fried rice was delectable. Absolutely amazing. Brian was interesting and wonderful. The cost for four to eat was almost three hundred dollars. We had fairly basic with fried rice upgrade and two sodas and one mocktail. No dessert. The amount of food was plentiful. In fact we all had a second meal of it, but isn’t great leftover. The waitstaff was kind and attentive. I enjoyed it."

"Service was great and you cant beat Mondays local night. The staff found out that it was my daughter's 16th birthday and very discreetly brought out a piece of cake and candle. "ONE waitress for multiple tables, wait times for table service, the check, the bag to go was ridiculous. Our chef was great although she shorted me on the chicken fried rice and had to get my portion from the take out line, which I did not appreciate at all. There were only 7 people at our table and she still didn’t have enough fried rice for all 7. I think the guy in the first seat who was only have rice, got double portions."

"I had to wait until my food was on the way because I was afraid of food contamination, and this needs to be said. They called to charge me a dollar after asking for extra sides of ginger dressing. My order was over $80.00. It was a five minute call because I couldn't find my debit card. If the food is out of this world amazing I will reconsider maybe but nickle and diming me when I am paying over 20% tip? That's a NO from me from now on."

"Great Service! Tasty sushi! My husband and I are regulars here, eating as often as once a week. It's a great date night for us because we can always get a table, order and eat great tasting food and be back home faster than you'd wait to get a table almost anywhere else on Lincoln Ave on a Friday or Saturday night. I prefer the slight variations in preparation here over the one in Japantown. We recommend: The Japantown, Super Spicy Bakudan, Singapore roll, hanabi roll, Yam Yam, and tuna and salmon sashimi are great! The chicken teriyaki dinners are delicious for the less adventurous or kids."

"THE very best sushi restaurant in all of Hattiesburg and its surrounding areas! When you’re inside, it feels like you’re in Japan. They happen to have my favorite sushi roll anywhere: The Hawaiian Roll. I haven’t had a roll from there that I didn’t like, so far. Usually I get my favorite plus one extra roll that I haven’t tried yet. Their squid salad is very tasty as well. The staff is very nice and very attentive. Lastly, their bento box meals are a pretty sweet option as well. Try one of those out when you get the chance!"
