"We ordered the sisig, lechon, pancit, and fish balls. The balls were like the street food in the PI... Maybe only more noise and some diesel fumes could make it more authentic. The skin on the lechon was perfect. Sisig was a let down, it wasn't crispy. And the service was really slow."

"It’s hard to find authentic, good Asian food in Brickell/Downtown that’s reasonably priced. San Villa does it amazingly. The food is PHENOMENAL. The staff is kind and friendly. We found this hole-in-the-wall just walking around and are SO GLAD we decided to come by. Will definitely be back!"

No place is perfect, but this cafe is our go to place. Pad Thai is always good even if it may be served differently at times, still great, no other place on the west side can match this recipe. "Being a vegetarian, it had been hard to find anything other than Pancit and Filipino fruit dessert anywhere in San Diego or even LA, for that matter. But this place is just something else. My family and I were just mind blown! After looking up several Filipino places in Mira Mesa and Chula Vista and being disappointed for them not having any vegetarianoptions, my wife and I are glad we finally found this one. They have several vegetarian and vegan options, and the owners are amazing and make you comfortable and suggest their best items based on your liking. We tried their pancit, tofu sisig and a few desserts. Everything was really delicious.This place has the best Filipino food I've ever had outside of the Philippines! My wife and I are definitely going back there again!"

"I came in for breakfast to go. The place was new and very clean.IOrder 2 Sausage Omelets With Sliced potatoes in an english muffin.. The food was to me in about five minutes. When I got to work, the omelet was basically fried eggs, folded over with sausage in the middle. They do not know what an omelet is. The potatoes We're dark brown almost burnt. I had been cooked in grease that was burned. The english muffin looked like it had been beat up with a meat cleaver. And I ended up spending thirty-five dollars. If I could have left work, I would've taken it back to them. When you want an An omelet for that price, you should get an omelet, Not fried eggs"
