"Wasn't quite sure what to expect because the idea behind the restaurant is unique. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We felt very welcomed, and our waiter was so helpful in educating us on not only the process of fermentation, but also what was included in each dish on the menu. We didn't have a chance to try any of the entrees, but the cheese board, chocolate board, and kombucha cocktails were great. I will be back to try more! The only thing important to know before going is that the restaurant is pretty small, so I would recommend making a reservation in advance."
