Never seen a thai menu organized according to the sauces, but it makes it fairly easy to pick what you want and then add the meat or vegetables. I had Tom Kha Kai which is the traditional Thai coconut milk chicken stock-based soup flavored with galangal root which I like to eat with tofu rather than chicken. The soup was served hot, but a little watery, still the flavor was still very good. I followed the soup with a Rad Na noodle dish.
