"Our first time. The food was excellent. I can't wait to go back. I had the chicken and waffles. My wife had the chicken pot pie. Our friends had the Peruvian chicken and Bolenese. Sarah was our server and had another table at the other end of the restaurant. She did the best that she could to check on on us."

"I love that Mingo is dog friendly. You do have to use an outside seating. It's not a problem. It was a chilling day, though. They have portable heaters, good ones. But none were located out where we sat. My mom was cold. Me too, a little. Dad didn't care. The food was amazing, and the lobster roll was outstanding. Ahi Tuna nachos were kinda stingy on the tuna. But it was delicious. Dad loved the clam chowder and the potstickers. We got the strawberry and blueberry creme Brule, so good so fresh loved it. Parking: Parking can be kinda tight. Several businesses are active at this location. Boat rentals and such are also helpful. Be patient, and you'll get a spot. Life has a calmer pace, and that's why we come. ?"

"Though unassuming from the outside, this clean, cheerful restaurant is a hidden gem. I ordered the spicy eggplant dish and asked to tone down the spice level, which they did, and it was delicious. The fried rice was great, as was the flavorful Thai iced tea. The portions are large and piping hot. Friendly service and an amazing bang for your buck. Bonus, very convenient onsite parking! I will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommend."

"Since with my girlfriend for lunch during our western, MA Roadtrip today 11/14/2020 I had the Buffalo chicken salad and she got the Cobb salad. Not crowded when we left today. We sat outside on the picnic table before it gets too cold. Many menu items to choose from. The buffalo sauce was spicy, but great on a cold day. It was spicy, but not enough where a gallon would need water to cool the mouth. My friend's salad was fresh and not dried or completely saturated. They could also absorb their allergies so that they had to enjoy the Pita bread. Next time we have to try out their dessert options."

"Now I have absolutely LIEBE Vietnamese cuisine. But this place is NOT authentic Vietnamese or Pho. I don't even know if Vietnamese work in the kitchen or own this restaurant. Because it lacks signature Vietnamese / or Asian spices / Flavors fresh herbs typically traditionally given as pho garnish like fresh Dandelion Greens a bunch of purple or Sweet Basil. Now, while the portion size is perfect, it tasted very strong even after adding soy sauce, hosin a spin of fresh lime juice. I even ordered the FirePho and it wasn't hardly on fire?????? not even a bit. But the restaurant was really sweet, loved the colorful street art and modern furnishings. And hopefully it will be better with time. But for people new to Vietnamese food, this is a mild, no ruffles, basic beginning."

"Store line was stretching down the block so I had to stop my car immediately and see what all of the fuss is about... I was very surprised to see a small and homey coffee shop filled with all kinds of goodie's and treats, underground offers a wide variety of baked goods, breakfast and hot drinks I had the dirty chai (highly recommended) and blueberry muffin (enough said). The line flowed quickly and efficiently as is expected from a well known and professional establishment that expects the kind of crowds that underground Cafe handles on a daily basis. A good business is signified by employees who are happy and work efficiently like a Swiss clock, and this is a wonderful business."

"I love Asian fusion restaurants! this place was a show stopper! the personal was about veganism and ready to help with options. the singapur sling cocktail was mouth water and every dish we had from the free sticky rice appetizer to the tofu supplement web mi was amazing! the terrace was cheerful, well illuminated, had good air circulation and wonderful music. the only disadvantage (except the meat of animals) was the photography in the lady's room, which looked like sheep in a cage on the back of a moped. very sad. but unlike the restaurant was clean and seemed well managed, we recommend a rezi (reservation)."

"This new location is much better suited to the easy going Trini liming culture being fostered at Flambo. Right in the gayborhood, reservations on date night are probably recommended. Convenient parking on the street and an neighboring lot. There 's a small bar near the main door that has standard tropical drinks, top shelf liquor and Caribbean beers (Carib and Red Stripe). The main dining area has several high top and regular tables that accommodate two to eight easily. Warm, subtle decor hints at the tropics but the music that draws you in is 90% Trinidad and Tobago.The staff is attentive and willing to answer questions about the menu. Many of the dishes are made to order which distinguishes Flambo from the other Trinbagonian restaurants in the area. This takes a little time but the happy hour menu comes out faster. The happy hour is typical with half priced drinks and appetizers.The pholourie is very pale but the taste is there even with the one tamarind sauce. The pepper sauce is hot! The made to order rotis are silky, a good size and excellent for scooping up the curried meats and veggies. The Chinese food is flat out too salty. All of it. The fried rice, the chicken, the pork belly cutters. The other dishes are pretty good. Philadelphia needs a nice sit-down place for Trinbagonian foods. Flambo is that place."

"Positives and negatives. Positive the food was good. Negatives expected more on the menu from other reviews and the biggest negative was my husband and I each order a Diet Pepsi each getting 2 refills . The glasses were on the smaller side and price was $5 each. We spent $30 on Diet Pepsi could not see this on the menu nor did the server mention…..absolutely ridiculous and because of this will never return or recommend."

"I ordered pho about 6 weeks ago online and the only option was to order via doordash. It was around 6:40pm and ETA for pick up was 2 hours. As I was waiting for my food I decided to doublecheck the business hours. The restaurant closed at 8pm that day. I called and called but was not able to get through. I finally went to the restaurant around 730/745pm and waited in the pickup line. I kept checking for updates and it still showed that my order would not be ready until after 8:30pm. When I got to the front of the line they told me my food was ready and handed it to me. As I was leaving, I received a text and email saying my food was ready for pickup. I let that go because they were busy. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed when I finally took a bite. The chicken in the pho was really really dry and tasted like it was several days old. I tried to look past that because it was late and I was hungry but ultimately had to throw out all the chicken because it was not edible at all. I know beef pho is the most popular but that should not mean the chicken should be inedible. The rest of the pho was just okay. I had previously eaten here a couple of times before the pandemic but I will not be returning."

"We literally got scammed. I was staying over Christmas eve at Margaritaville and got dinner with my girlfriend after a reservation. From the opentable app I got an option to choose whether I should get a Christmas limited menu or a normal menu. I chose the normal one because it was too much for us. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, a male employee or possibly a manager handed us a menu for Christmas limited option only, so I asked them if this was the only option we had and they said yes. Okay, that is fine, so we both ordered the $70 menu. The food was slightly below average; most meat dishes were too salty and desserts were too sweet. Anyways, when other parties arrived at the restaurant I literally heard the same person saying they have 2 options: normal and Christmas limited menu. Like what the hack lol. I did not want to make trouble on Christmas eve so I did not explicitly mention it to the restaurant, yet even when I got a check from the employee, they charged us $75 each for the meal, which was different from the $70. This was a total rip-off so I mentioned and they simply took out $10 from the original receipt, not even fixing it correctly with the proper tip percentage. This was the worst experience in my life and I hope I do not see these people again."

"Pho was average, per reviews O was expecting better, 15 for 3 items and 18 for special combo. The special combo was actually worth extra but at 18 not cheap. (If Pho was 10 12 then it's more aligned to taste and I would give them another star. . The soup was meh, doesn't have enough fat. They don't offer fresh noodles all rehydrated dry noodles. The sprouts and basil were clean and fresh definitely caters to American crowd. I prefer more authentic traditional Pho. Service was fast and efficient. I liked how they packaged things to go but the noodles gets stuck together at bottom of bowl."
