"Had some ramen here with my family. I got the Shoyu Tsukemen and the Shoyu Ramen. The Shoyu Tsukemen had a sweet taste to the broth which I didn’t expect, but as I kept eating, it really complimented the the Kakuni Pork Belly which came with the noodles. The Tsukemen noodles were thicker than a normal ramen noodle, and they had a chewy texture which soaked up the broth when dipped inside. Different from the Shoyu Tsukemen broth, the Shoyu Ramen did not have that sweet taste to it, but had a significant dashi taste to it, which was delicious as well. Both dishes were outstanding, and would love to come back again soon if I’m in Oahu again."
