"We had 1 bad experience with the online ordering system. Prime Taco Grille made it right within an incredibly timely manner. they explained how the ordering system got things wrong and explained how they were going to remedy it. We look forward to trying them out again! 5 stars for superb customer service, can not wait to become regulars and update my review with some of my favorite dishes"

"The torta was too salty and did not have avocado as advertised on the menu, which was disappointing. However, everything else was good, with the bean sope being a standout dish that made up for the shortcomings of the torta."

"Was going to be my first time here and was craving a bowl of Pozole but right when I walked in they had a mop in front of the door and was told they were closed. It says they close at 3 and I mentioned that saying oh well I thought you guys close at 3 and then was corrected by a lady that said no we close at 2:30, and it was 2:11 when I walked in. Disappointing when they advertise a certain time everywhere but when you get there it’s a different story. Funny when I just wanted a bowl of soupto go and it still wasn’t closing time. They lost a potential first time customer!"
